We like to think a quarter beef is perfect for a family of 1-2 adults and will fit in a freezer that is 5-7 cubic foot, or a 1/4 of a stand up vertical freezer.

Our quarter beef is what is called a "split side", or a half of a half. Essentially half of everything on one side of a beef. A variety of everything from nose to tail.

A typical quarter will weigh 125-200 lbs hanging and 90-150 lbs in the package. A variety of steak, roasts, ground and organ meat and bones make up the assortment.

For example:

• 4-6 Rib eyes

• 1-2 tenderloins

• 2-4 T bone

• 1-2 sirloin tip steak

• 2-3 Top Sirloin Steaks

• 1-2 Cross Rib Roasts

• 2-3 Top Round Roasts

• 4-5 Chuck Roasts

• 1-2 Short Ribs

• 1-2 Bags Bones

• 40-50 Ground Beef

• 2-3 Beef shank

• 1-2 Organ

For half beef double this and for whole beef double the half!
